¿How long will my order take to arrive?
Well, that depends on 2 factors: the processing time and the delivery time.
Processing time:​​​
  - This is the time we need to prepare your order. It begins once your payment has been confirmed. - Currently, our processing time is 7–10 calendar days. - Orders are shipped on Mondays.
Delivery time:
  - This begins once your order has been shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation.
  - Please note that once your package has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control and depend on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship worlwide and offer two international shipping options, each handled by a different courier:
Standard Shipping – Serpost (Correos del Perú):
  - Transit time: 15–55 days
  - Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, starting from $5 for stickers in destinations in the Americas and Europe.
Express Shipping – DHL:
  - Transit time: 3–10 days
  - Flat rate shipping (up to 1.5 kg), starting from $45 to the Americas.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
  - Please consider the delivery times carefully when selecting your shipping method. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside of our control and may vary within the estimated range.
  - Shipping options do not include insurance by default. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or any incidents that may occur during transit. - Your order total does not include customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees that may be applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Before shipping, all products are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards and match your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We understand that occasional errors may occur. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thedorelab.com within 7 business days of receiving your package.
To assist you, we will require a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
Once we review your case, you will be offered:
  - A replacement at no additional cost, or
  - A full refund
Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition. No additional fees or penalties will be charged for replacements.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:​
  - If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
  - You will have 30 calendar days to request and pay for reshipment. After this period, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  - If an order is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the courier, you may choose between a full refund or a reshipment at no additional cost.
  - Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.
  - Please note that for PayPal payments, it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
